REAL Trends 500 Ranks the Largest Brokerages in the Country
 
(Phoenix, AZ) ⎼ HomeSmart is pleased to announce it has been named to the prestigious 2018 REAL Trends 500 among the 500 largest residential real estate brokerages in the country.
 
Based on the company’s 2017 performance, HomeSmart ranked No. 5 for closed transaction sides with 33,601, a 37.8 percent increase year over year. The franchise landed at No. 8 for closed sales volume with $10,3669,070,559, a 49.9 percent increase over last year.
 
The franchise is ranked #15 by volume with $6,919,101,917 and #10 by sides with 24,381 transactions in 2016.
